Engineering Clerk

Duties & Responsibilities:
(1) Create and maintain accurate specs - manufacturing and container. (2) Place all new or revised specs on Lotus Notes database. (3) Compare specs to customer requirements such as sewing construction and packaging to make sure product will conform to all customer requirements. (4) Ensure ASI and PDM are updated with correct product information. (5) Periodically print routing guides for all customers to check for any changes. (6) Print Executive Reports as needed.
Education &
Experience:
Graduation from High School with 3 years clerical experience or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Necessary Knowledge & Skills:
(1) Basic knowledge of computers and input of data into the computer. (2) Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
