Industrial Engineer/Spec Writer Manager

To apply standard engineering techniques for productivity improvements leading to overall plant efficiency, cost reduction and higher level of quality. Oversee Spec Writing Department to ensure actual operations are reflected in specifications provided to vendors.
Primary
Responsibilities:
(1) Standardize distribution operations through job descriptions and incentive systems. (2) Review routing guides and ensure customer requirements are incorporated in job descriptions. (3) Research, justify and recommend cost saving work aids. (4) Insert quality control measures in work standards and job descriptions. (5) Assist Human Resources with implementation of good safety and security practices. (6) Review contracts, leases and material purchases, obtain competitive bids and recommend cost saving changes to the Plant Manager. (7) Complete special improvement projects assigned by the Plant Manager. (8) Assist lead persons as required by workload or new requirements. (9) Oversee Spec Writing Department to ensure specs (manufacturing and container) on all products are developed and maintained.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering.
Experience:
Five years relevant industrial engineering experience in management capacity. Communicationsand computer skills a must.
Internal and External Interactions:
Extensive interdepartmental contact with all employees at the plant, interaction with other CHF locations at all levels, and outside vendors, suppliers and customers.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
